We are happy to send to an alternative address eg work address etc please ensure that you complete the correct shipping address for your order.
All overseas mail is sent by International, Tracked and Signed – we will not send parcels overseas by Economy or Standard Mail.
Deliveries to EU – Since the introduction of the IOSS System it is no longer viable for us to send deliveries to the EU through our website. We still send EU deliveries via our Etsy Shop (www.etsy.com/uk/shop/buttonboxdevon) and are happy to list specific items through this channel if required. Please contact us if you have any specific requirements
We aim to dispatch within 48 hours of receipt – we will inform you if there is to be a delay. All our parcels sent in UK are sent by Firdt Class RM

Customers can return their order up to 7 days from the receipt of the goods. Your item must be returned in its original unused condition, unless there is a manufacturers defect. Please email us to advise us of the return and request a refund. Please note we will not refund the original postage cost. If an incorrect item has been sent we will send a replacement on receipt of the return – if the replacement is out of stock a refund will be issued. Please also see Returns Exemptions

Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for return.
Please note the following cannot be returned
- Ribbon or trim that has been cut to length (eg sold by the metre) – we are happy to send samples if a customer is unsure after reading the description of the item
- Items not in their original packaging
- Items which have been contaminated by smoke
We will not be held responsible for packages which have to be resent due to incorrect details being provided by the customer – please note our online addressing system pulls the information from the shipping details submitted by the customer.
Royal Mail require 28 days before investigating any missing postage. Please note in pandemic circumstances mail services are often disrupted and overseas postage may take significantly longer.
