You can pay for your order using PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account you can checkout as a guest.
can i amend my order?
We’re quick at processing orders to make sure that you receive them as soon as possible. you can amend your order as much as you like before you click “confirm & pay” but after this point you will be unable to make amendments to your order.
when will i be charged?
Payment will be taken as soon as you complete the order through PayPal.

what countries do you deliver to?
We deliver to the UK, Northern Ireland and Europe. For European delivery, shipping costs will be estimated at checkout once your order size and weight has been calculated.
help! my delivery hasn’t arrived
Royal Mail require 10 working days (20 days for overseas parcels) before investigating any delays with them. Please allow at least 10 working days before contacting re non delivery. Please check with your local Royal Mail Office that they haven’t tried to deliver your parcel before referring to us.
can you deliver to an address other than my billing address?
We are happy to send to an alternative address if required – e.g. work address – please advise at the time of ordering.
what delivery couriers do you use?
Most small orders will be sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or by tracked courier. Larger orders will be sent by courier.
how do i return an item?
Customers can cancel their order up to seven days from the receipt of the goods. Your item must be returned in its original unused condition, unless there is a manufacturer’s defect. Please email us to request a return and refund. If an incorrect item has been sent we will send a replacement on receipt of the return – if the replacement is out of stock we will issue a refund.
Mail your item to 70 Sherwell Lane, Chelston, Torquay TQ2 6BE. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return.
are there any items i am unable to return?
Please note the following cannot be returned:
– Ribbon or trim that has been cut to length (e.g. sold by the metre)
we are happy to send samples if the customer is unsure after reading the description of the item.
– Items not in their original packaging
– Items which have been contaminated by smoke odours
We will not be held responsible for packages which have to be resent due to incorrect details being given by the customer and will require shipping fees to be repaid.
