About Corozo: Corozo literally grows on trees, it is the most eco-friendly of materials and is a nut of the Tagua Palm Tree. This tree is indigenous to the forests of Ecuador and the harvesting of the corozo nuts help protect the forest and provides much needed income for the local people. The nuts are brought to England where they are shaped, turned and dyed into beautiful buttons for you.
